• Byosen Reikan-ho: Sensing imbalances with hands

Prerequisites:

No prerequisites are required to attend Reiki - Level I

Minimum Integration Period:

3 months of Level I integration are recommended before receiving Level II (*this integration period will help you gain experience and develop the sensitivity of your hands*). It is not necessary to wear white clothing or stop consuming red meat, coffee, etc., before the course.
